Most orders are completed within a couple of weeks, depending on how many tapes you have and how busy the studio is. If you’re on a tight deadline, you can add a Priority Service to jump the queue for a faster turnaround (ideal for birthdays and anniversaries).
We scan at a high enough resolution for regular prints, photo books and on-screen viewing. If you need something specific (for example large posters), just let us know.
Yes – if they are in an order we keep your slides in sequence and name the files so you can tell which group is which when you download them. Please do clearly identify an order if needed.
Blank tapes are always free. If a tape is damaged, we’ll do what we can to clean and lightly repair it, and we’ll talk to you before proceeding if there’s a risk to the tape.
Yes – in most cases we can put your entire order onto a single USB stick for a small one-off fee. It keeps everything neat and easy to plug into your TV or computer.
